Synopsis:
The Contractor will provide legal services to the D.C. Public Service Commission (“Commission”). The Contractor will assist the Commission in its consideration of employment discrimination complaints, adverse personnel actions, labor relations matters, and other personnel matters and represent the Commission before District or Federal Government administrative tribunals including the D.C. Office of Human Rights, D.C. Office of Employee Appeals, D.C. Public Employee Relations Board and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
