Synopsis:
The Government of the District of Columbia, Office of Property Management, Contracting and Procurement is requesting on behalf of The District Department of the Environment (DDOE), technical proposals from selected architect and engineer (A/E) firms to design and install regenerative stormwater conveyance for an intermittent stream that discharges near Milkhouse Ford in the main stem of Rock Creek. The work shall include the preparation of drawings and specification, obtaining necessary permits, and construct on a regenerative stormwater conveyance in accordance with the Scope of Work. This procurement is being funded by the District of Columbia with funds made available by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-5 (Recovery Act). The Contractor will be subject to the additional requirements included in the solicitation.
