The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents (“the Work”), which includes:
Providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the project as shown on the shop drawings, standard specifications, Supplementary Specifications (also referred to as “Special Provisions”), and Work Orders. The specifications describe the minimum requirements for the material, quality control, and construction that shall govern the work required to furnish and install, repair, remove, replace or disposal of sign posts and poles, overhead and ground mounted signs and sign panels, sign overlays, mile makers and other related works, in accordance with approved shop drawings or required to meet the current edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and retroreflectivity, as required by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
