The Contractor(s) shall receive, monitor, and update DDOT Miss Utility Service Requests through the District One Call Center; process Work Orders by using the DDOT Asset Management System (AMS).
The Contractor(s) shall investigate records, field conditions, and incidents; report findings pertaining to DDOT Utilities. Provide expert opinion on behalf of DDOT.
The Contractor(s) shall perform Regular Response to Service Requests; Field locate and Mark DDOT Utilities; provide labor, locating equipment and instruments, and materials (paint or flags) for the markings; provide maintenance of traffic in accordance with regulations.
The Contractor(s) shall perform Rapid Response to Service Requests; Field locate and Mark DDOT Utilities; provide labor, locating equipment and instruments, and materials (paint or flags) for the markings; provide maintenance of traffic in accordance with regulations.
The Contractor(s) shall perform Mobilization to create an email and a telephone line dedicated solely for the purpose of this contract upon award. The telephone line shall have a “202” area code. The Contractor shall ensure that the telephone line is operational at all times. The email and telephone line will be dedicated for receiving correspondences from the Customer to obtain updates on existing Service Requests. This telephone number will not be used for receiving new Service Requests. The Contractor shall operate and maintain sufficient computer hardware and software as well as labor to handle the historical inquiries; including high speed internet access and telephones which are operational at all times.
