The Contractor shall provide all labor materials and equipment for the construction of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents (the Work) which includes: Repairing and replacing safety appurtenances that have been damaged by motor vehicles. In addition it includes upgrading and installing safety appurtenances at locations where the current units do not meet the requirements of the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Report 350/MASH 2016. Safety appurtenances at sites requiring total replacement shall meet the latest version of the AASHTO Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH 2016) as required by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)
