Synopsis:
The District of Columbia, Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Property Acquisition and Disposition Division (PADD) of the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking Contractors to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment transportation, and management necessary to construct, renovate, or build new affordable modular or stick built residential homes. DHCD is tasked with the disposition of Agency property and ensuring that affordable housing is produced through renovation, stick built, or modular construction.
